as a whole bowl. Â It’s just faster to eat — so, just eat the damn ice cream at half speed.

and then at least 15 minutes more, every day, if you want to lose weight.

Try to eat a bigger breakfast and a smaller dinner

Maybe I should try to get a reasonable amount of calories into my system, then “glide” through the rest of the day, instead of skipping breakfast and having pretty big lunches and dinners.
